In Irving,Texas (former home of the Cowboys) 103 homes sold in may while 173 homes became listed. More of the same, extreme buyers market. It is what it is. Buyers who negotiate get good deals and sellers who dont have to, might want to hold off. The good news this week is that Arlington got to keep their G.M.C. plant and jobs.
