it looks like the address in question has had a considerable Zestimate drop since you posted your question. Is it more reasonable now?

Perhaps the owner of 602 Spokane claimed the property as their own and edited the details that Zillow factors into their estimate.
Here's how.....
If you type in your property address and go to it's page, beneath the photo is a link to edit the property and claim the home as being yours. At that point you can edit the property details including additions and upgrades. In addition to recently sold comparable properties zillow uses the features you selected in calculating value. Zillow will never be as accurate as a knowledgable realtor's opinion.
