Impressive in many regards. Your problem as it relates to zillow is it's just a guess and they throw the mobile home and yours together, how nice huh? Which one is more accurate(assuming one is) the mobile homes value or yours? If yours seems low you can type in your address, click go, go to the bottom of your homes page and "claim your home". Then you can edit facts and/or input your improvements, etc.
