The zoning is R-6...residential 6,000ft lots.  The agent representing the home double listed the home on the NWMLS under residential AND condominium.  I believe the reason they did so was because although it is a residential home it could be considered a good Condo alternative.  If you have any further questions, I would be happy to help.
