Value range is derived from the Zestimate. It gives users a general idea of how confident we are in the particular Zestimate they are looking at. If you doubt the accuracy of Zestimate, it is the first place you can check. A very wide range indicates that we'd probably agree with you. A narrow range is a clue that we have good track record of accuracy in that area (vs. sales prices) and that we're more confident in the Zestimate.

in other words the value range MORE ACCURATELY estimates(describes) the value of the house by applying a margin of error to the zestimate which is likely to be off a fair bit.
