I would suggest you call your Title Company - you should get it within 2-3 weeks no matter where you are in the Country. If the Title Company are back logged - maybe longer - but they can at least give you a status update.  Congratulations on Buying your New Home!

I really depends on how busy they are but a few weeks should enough.  If you do not receive it in say 3 weeks, call the title company.

In San Bernardino and Riverside counties it usually takes about 2-3 weeks to receive it but it will vary from county to county.

In California, the closing of escrow is the physical recording of the deed and going on title.  You are on title the day you record, but you may not receive the documents for 4 to 6 weeks after the closing - depends on the county and how busy they are.
