How long before FM property becomes available?

We have been watching a FM  property that went to Sheriff Sale last July.  It was listed on Homepath and assigned a realtor, then pulled from the sight.  The assigned realtor said "repairs needed to be done to bring it up to code" and she would contact us when it would be available.  That was in October.  I contacted the buliding inspector for the city the property is in and he confirmed the work was done.
