How long does it take to refresh the Zestimate after I update my home facts?

The Zestimate is $100,000 off for this house.  The sellers put a great deal of sweat equity into the house and we feel that the house is not getting the detail views as a direct result of the Zestimate discrepancy.  Is there a way we can fix this, other than entering different data in the home facts?

It takes several weeks to several months (probably six to eight weeks) to see the full impact of edits of the core facts on the home in the Zestimate.

Zestimates don't take into account upgrades and some features that may add value.   Therefore, if there is a substantial disagreement with the Zestimate, comments in the "owner's comment" section with the Zestimate are appropriate.  Factual comments are received better by buyers than some alternatives
