Beware of generalizations since each rehab is unique. The HUD website has a through rundown on 203k. You can begin to gather opinions on lender performance searching, like this Google search limited to one month since regulation and legislation may flux.

Timelines for teams depend on each player acting correctly in timely manner. Choosing the people you work with is a big deal.
