How many $1M homes sold in Petaluma in 2010?

Have you ever visited the Real Estate Market Reports pages on Zillow.com? The Real Estate Market Reports allow you to get 15+ real estate metrics from the national level all of the way down to the ZIP code level.

In the case of Petaluma, while the Real Estate Market Reports pages cannot tell you how many $1 million dollar homes sold during the year, it can tell you how many homes of all price points sold during a particular time period. The website will display the most current month but if  you would like historical values as well, just download the 'Chart Data' (this option is found just above the graphic). The Chart Data will give you monthly data points going as far back in time as possible. Here is a link to the Real Estate Market Reports for Petaluma.

Finally, if you are interested in individual homes in the $1 million dollar price range that sold during a particular time, you can do that as well. First, type in Petaluma into the search bar found on the home page and press 'Go.' Second, use the filter on the left hand side of page to filter out just 'Recently Sold' homes. Third, enter $1,000,000 into the minimum price filter. Finally, change the 'Sold in Last' filter from 'Any' to '12 months.'
