How many agent have heard about SHORT SALE CO-OP programs?

Surprisingly enough, it is true... some banks have seen the light and are offering pre-approved "HAFA-Type" Short Sales to people with specific types of loans.  If you hear of anyone being offered a "Co-Op Short Sale"  let them know this is the real deal.  They usually require NO financial documentation, they are pre-approved at Appraised Value, and the Seller/Home Owner recieves monies to "Relocate" at the Close of Escrow.

Yes we are doing one right now.It is a Bank of America. There is only 1 loan on the property.It is processed through Equator. It is smooth so far. No Doc from the seller. They have agreed to the money for the seller to move. The negotiator we are dealing with is very nice and helpful. He is on top of the process. When he received all the paperwork he needed we had an approval in 2 days. I love it.
