On a report from Realist, I get 98 homes listed in some stage of foreclosure today.

Most Lake Chelan area agents do not have access to this report.  It shows bank owned properties and those scheduled for auction.

It does not necessarily correspond with Realtytrac.

If you want information on Lake Chelan area foreclosures, I can send you reports.
