There are a couple of options available:  A smaller builder that has the ability to acquire private financing for the project at hand with a good down payment  Or, the other option is for the client building the home to acutally get the construction loan themselves.  The tricky part can be in who acutally owns the dirt though!  I prefer the first options and have success this year with it!

Vacant parcels are tough for high volume builders as they would have to allocate their resources toward one single property, rather than multiple homes at the same time.

I sell new homes on Five Mile and have found that many people are unaware of the new home market until after they have exhausted the resale.

We also get many people up here without their agents...not sure why?  Most agents who bring clients here are the agents that sell new construction themselves.

Tell us something about it Peter.
If I had a buyer, looking in Chenney, are there many builders who are positioned to build one of their homes on any vacant parcel the buyer finds?
