In order to truly answer that questions it is highly advisable to Interview several local agents in your area. 

A knowledgeable local realtor/agency will be able to provide you with a comparative market analysis and estimate of your homes value.

Call a Realtor and ask for a free consultation and property valuation estimate.  All Realtors do it as a way to get new business.  They will perform a CMA and give you either a range of values (if they can't preview your property) or a value (if they're allowed to preview) that they'd list the property for sale at.

If you are considering using this information to sell your home, I'd highly recommend against it if you aren't familiar with the home selling process and marketing techniques to get it sold.
