If the home were located in the middle of Seattle you would be holding onto a few million dollars worth of property. Value is driven much more by location that the size and design of the structure. For instance you may be downtown battleground, or a few miles outside of battleground. This will result in a difference in the value of the property.

I would suggest looking at properties that have sold in your area using Zillow. Expand the search criteria so the properties that have been sold in the area are as close to the home in question as possible. This will give you a pretty good idea of what the value will be.

Thank You,

It depends on the location and condition of the property.  If it is your own home and you want to sell it, I suggest you contact a few Realtors and ask for a comparative market analysis  CMA.  Good luck!

If you go to the Local Info tab at the top of this page and search for Battle Ground WA, you'll find lots of information about average prices and how the market is doing there.  these larger neighborhood and city searches are reasonably accurate.

I agree with Hugh, it all depends on the location, and comparable sales in the area.  Get a CMA (competitive market analysis) from a Realtor, they are usually provided free.

That is  a good question in this market,  What comes in play is the location, view, waterfront, property condition, neighborhood, and the comps in the area.  Have  a local Real Estate Agent do a CMA for you.
