adds a  lots !!  more than it cost ! $4 per sq installed - if its possible to do it , i recommend to every seller  i represent. carpets are old,hard to clean , and not for this century...

It will not add as much as you think.  It will make your home more desirable on the market compared to a home that may have older flooring in a competitive market.  But the real value is in sq. footage, land, rooms, baths, etc.. If you are doing it to only increase market value don't.  If you need to change the flooring because it is old and wore out then by all means do so.  

How many of us have updated or completed repairs on our homes to sell it and wished we had done it earlier for ourselves.  My recommendation Enjoy your new flooring!
