Here is the chart page for LaMarque but values from Texas can be spotty on Zillow since they are a non disclosure state. I have found the values from Austin and Houston to be a bit erratic. The medians and % change can be useful, but the individual Zestimates are less so. Hope the link helps.
How much has a house that is appraised @ 72770 in 2010 appreciated or declined in value since 2007.
