You can try to find your community by zip code here on zillow. Pick a house out in the zip code that you want to look at and click on the chart on the main house page. On the bottom of the charts page you will see a % change for your zip, town, state etc. for 30 days, 1 year, 5 years and 10 years. You can also see if you can find your community here in a market report for more info. A local agent in your area can give the numbers, but they can be interpreted different ways so be careful with the interpretation that the agent suggests. It may or may not be accurate depending on their experience and level of professionalism.
