How much, if any, have houses in the $1.8-$2.3mm range dropped in Kentifleld, CA?

Last year when we looked at homes in the $2mm range, they were not selling.  Owners decided to wait another year.  It looks like homes might be selling and I'm wondering whether they are in fact lower and, if so, how much?  When do people think the bottom will be for homes in this price range?

Many homes in that price range in California have tanked, here is the one for Kentfield.

To find out, you click the LOCAL INFO tab in Zillow, type the city's name, then click on SEE MORE KENTFIELD MARKET STATS, then filter via price range.

The luxury market has not improved. In fact in many areas of California they have worsened. For example, in Newport Beach they have worsened, although other areas near by has gained about 0.03% in the past year.

A good place to check recent listed property vs, recent sold property is www.listingbook.com ..... Happy funding, Rudi
