I am trying to put an offer for a home in Baldwin park, but since they would only accept offers without an appraisal contingency, I would need to get a good estimate of the value of the home. The CMAs that my agent gave me listed the value to be about 30K - 60K lower than the listing price so I am a little worry about putting an offer without getting more info.
