Julie, it all depends but a golf course lot in communities you mentioned might have a value of up to $50K. But a few other factors to consider which might affect value: Street location, house size, builder, is a fence important to you?. Hope this helps. Arturo

Looking at two...one is in River Creek. Some are next to utilities and others are not. The other is in Belmont CC. No utilities.
