You could always try to get a zestimate right here on Zillow. Otherwise, call an Agent who's familiar with your area, they should come look for free.

You should really get the advice of an agent familiar with Lakeville and surrounding communities. Unfortunately there have been alot of foreclosures in the south metro of brand new homes due to the fraudulent activities of one builder. This may have an impact on the value of your home as a new home will tend to be more attractive to a buyer than an older home (even if it's just a few years old).
Edina Realty has a large office in Lakeville, and I am sure any one of the agents could answer your questions and if you were considering selling, they would be happy to give you a Competitive Market Analysis. I work up here in the Minneapolis offices of Edina so I would not be able to give you much guidance, otherwise I would love to help you out.
P.S. That 3 car heated garage must be awesome in the winter! Very jealous!

You can get an idea of value if you give an address, and square footage. Linda is correct though, you need to contact a Realtor to get an accurate value.

You should contact a realtor in your area. No one can give you an accurate price without seeing the home and the neighborhood. A realtor will do "comps", meaning what has sold in your area that compares to your house, and what is currently on the market that would be your competition. good luck!
