To find out what the market value of your home is today, you need to call a local realtor and have them do a comparative market analysis for you or hire an appraiser. A home is worth what a buyer is willing to pay for it. You will not get an accurate market value price by having someone just look up your address and comps. They need to see your home for its current condition and upgrades/amenties it has over other similar properties in your neighborhood. Call a few local realtors and set up appointments for a CMA.
