There is no correcting it as it is based on an algorithm of comprised and incomplete data. You can claim your home and make changes if it helps you to sleep better at night but it is still never going to be a true determination of value.
Values themselves are subjective whether you are an agent, buyer, seller, lender, and/or an appraiser. If you are looking to refinance your lender will assign an appraiser. If you are looking to sell your agent will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis.
