The condo fees are $92/month and cover insurance, sewer and water, lawyer fees for the association, and extra money for any possible repairs needed to the outside of the building.  We take care of our own yard maintenance and snow removal, but that can always be renegotiated and added into the condo fees.  Thanks for your interest.
