How much is the timber worth?

If you have tracts of land listed with marketable timber you may be asked "How much is the timber worth?"  I normally disclose any estimates provided by the owner, refer them to local experts to have the timber crusied, or direct them to resources on the web.  I'll even add statements to my listings such as "Information on current timber prices can be found in the Tennessee Forrest Products Bulletin and add the link.
