What kind of pool? In ground? Above ground? If "in ground", is it part of well planned landscape - maybe with a jacuzzi or possibly a "water cave" incorporated? Or is it just a cement hole dug in a convenient location?
Too many factors to really answer your question directly. However, I would be more likely to pay for the overall backyard landscaping that includes a well-designed pool with some "add on". Not likely to pay anything for the standard hole-in-the-ground kidney or rectangle.
