I would like to know how much to charge for rent on a 1200 sf house in rural Leona Valley, Ca 93551.  This is a 2 br, 1 1/2 bath with a beautiful yard.

Call several local property managers and ask them what rents are for houses like yours. Rural property unless it has room for horses, tends to rent for less overall than houses closer in so you'll need to adjust for that.
