How much to add for a 2 car garage ?

Added a 2 car unattached garage after purchase. This includes electrical and powered garage door. Also added approx 50 ft of concrete driveway and 30 feet of brick sidewalks. How does this affect the value of the home ?

From where you are currently listed in the market ($759900) and the comps that support the market you make not be able to add the additional value to the price. However it will help you to leverage in the market where most of the homes in the neighborhood don't have garage.
