That is a broad question.  It would all depend on the size (square footage), type of construction, finishes, etc.  Are you wanting to rebuild the complete structure or use the existing & remodel?

This question cannot get any broader than what it is right now. Consider this for a second. your question is in line with questions like why is my tooth hurting without a dentist taking pictures and looking at your tooth. 

For room additions it can costs in the line of 99$ for our lowest quality work, to 200$ a sq ft. The difference can be huge in overall price. Let us offer a free estimate and get you on the right track.
