3440 Turner Ct did not sell for $525,000, the owners refinanced the property with a loan of $525,000, and Zillow posted it as a sale.

;-) will check with the agent. Also I stand corrected as the sale price is $544K and not $525K for 3440 Turner.

Our agent can probably answer the question better than me. But, I wonder why Zillow shows the price as $737k then. Also, I dont know anything about 3440 Turner Ct. My guess is that there were other factors that affected the price of that house.

When you are in the backyard you can hear the noise from the street behind, however, I would prefer that you came by to the home, we do have an open home Sat & Sun May 26 & 27 from 1.30 to 5.0pm.

I am sitting in my office room and am trying really hard to hear the noise from the adjacent main street. I cannot hear anything ;-)
We rarely sat down leisurely in the backyard so cannot really tell whether noise would be a problem. We step out into the backyard to get lemons or avacados and we used the pool a lot. Also, the adjacent main street is one small section of the backyard and it is not like the road is really adjacent to the wall. There is a good 15 to 20 feet distance between the wall and the road.
We have a open house this weekend so you are welcome to come and check the place out.
