How often do you recalculate Zestimate? One of my comps a larger home just sold for 120K less.

They are calculated 3 times a week still, based on what recently sold, from the public records.

Zillow does nothing to compensate for condition nor amenities.  And they don't use distressed sales for the modeling, which Zillow claims sell for about 30% less than non-distressed properties from the data they collect.
