Zillow does nothing to compensate for condition nor amenities. And they don't use distressed sales for the modeling, which Zillow claims sell for about 30% less than non-distressed properties from the data they collect.

How often do you recalculate Zestimate? One of my comps a larger home just sold for 120K less.
