How often does Zillow update their maps?

Our friends built a house at 460 E. Canyon View Dr., Cedar City, UT 84721, on Cedar Ridge Golf Course, over two years ago.  On the Zillow site, their lot still shows vacant.

I do not work for Zillow, but they are using maps provided by Bing which are made (from my understanding) by using satellite pictures. Several of the areas have not been updated with new pictures yet.
