if you do have an mls that syndicates the answer then is only as good as your syndycation service. Sometimes minutes/hours to days.

For most MLS, the answer is never.   Zillow syndicates with <1% of the MLSs in the US.   Therefore, most brokerages or agents put their listings in data feeds either direct from the brokerage (see the FAQs) or with a free service such as Postlets, listhub, vflyer or others.

For the data feeds that feed to Zillow, the answer is once a day on most occasions.
