Unfortunately, many of the syndicating websites that provide the listings agents posted on those other sites don't bother removing outdated sale offer information. Zillow is working on a solution to get rid of that outdated information, but it is taking time.
As far as the aerial photos provided through the MicroSoft Bing website; it can be 3 to 5 years as the commercial satellites take time to pass over the same spot on the earth again, and any photos that had cloud cover have to be thrown out.
For county record data, the data provider companies provide it in batches, approximately monthly. Some data provider companies are much slower than others. Changes to # of rooms and square feet seem to take longer for these companies than obtaining the recorded sales transaction.
