If one of four is substantially off (say 20% or more), then spend some time evaluating the data associated with the home as presented on the home details page. This includes are all data present? Are previous sales prices and tax assessments correct? Are the tax assessments for all four units identical?

How one of the 4 homes built at the same time in the same premises is listed to be of less $/sft
Hi ,
My home value in terms of rate/sft is listed very much less than my neighbouring homes (there are 4 homes were built at the same time in the samae premises). Is it not wierd? How can I post my home for selling on Zillow when it lists wrong price? Who will correct this so that I can post the sale on Zillow?
