Real estate agents cannot possibly guarantee safety in any neighborhood. The truth is that crime can happen - and sadly does happen - in the best of neighborhoods. A good way to check the neighborhood is to talk to the Mothers at the school bus stop.

Your best bet would be to contact the local police station and ask them whats going on in the community. Also, take some time to spend some time there, talking with neighbors etc Be there at night and see whats going on and on weekends
