By the way, if you use the "post to CraigsList" link on a home details page, it generates the HTML content to allow you to paste the information on a new CraigsList listing.  You still have to set it up and paste it in, but the purpose is to simplify the copying and page formatting.

Neither this site, nor "Postlets.com" (owned by Zillow) syndicate to Craigslist.

You can create your own listing on Creigslist and copy over your information.  There is no cost.  (No cost to post on Zillow or use Postlets either).  For a list of where postlets syndicates to, see:
http://www.postlets.com/info/postlets2.php

No matter where you post, there will be scammers trying to steal listings, and do other unethical things.  Typically you are always giving your address.  Typically you need a contact phone number, but it can be a "prepay" that you buy for $15 just for that purpose to protect your regular numbers.

If you are considering selling by owner, I would suggest reading the blog:
Thinking about selling as FSBO?
(written by someone that did it, with a lot of input from others).

As previously mentioned, create a throw-away Email account to avoid cluttering your regular ones, and don't post your name.
