I gues I thought they should have a catagory for income property. It will be hard for a person looking for income prop to find my home....As far as the other question... When I first started on Zillow, my home was posted only on Zillow. Now, when I try to post a new property I am sent to a place where they tell me it will be automatically be posted to lots of sites. I do not have a choice. Is this new?? Is this my only choice? Except for the $40 option...I am a little afraid to post to all those other sites...Just because of saftey aspects....I probably should not feel that way...

Are you trying to sell/rent it with renters already in place?
Have you gotten their permission to show it( in your contract)? If you havent already done so, go in to My Zillow, top right and claim it and then in the remarks you can state currently rented and if you want, put how much you are getting per month. How should I post my home as a rental property or income property with renters already in it?
