Go to homesand.net and do it. It makes way better sense in their format.
I love the tone of your query! On Zillow the fluff is the stuff. The facts are merely coincidental.

@Rachel
Just search for your address via an address search. If we have a zestimate for you, it will be posted on your home detail page.
So what's the big deal of deleteing erroneous zestimates when you are missing so many anyways? Zillows logic (or lack of it is as screwed up as their algorithm. You have previous commented that there are 'no exceptions as it is an automated model'. .

Thank you Zilluminati. Much better site. Went right to my answer. It appears it likewise is not overestimating by 10% like the other site. Appreciate it.

But Homesand.net is an ant that compares to the elephant (Zillow), like I said on the other post, 'There is no Homesand.net if there is no Zillow.com'.
By the way, Zillow and Homesand continue to improve their algorithms to meet the visitor's expectations.
Again thank very much!!!

"the fluff is the stuff" -
If the advertisements or other "fluff" on the site is bothering you, you can use the Firefox browser, and add the "adblock plus" add-on, to filter out that annoying "fluff". Just don't tell the advertisers that you are not seeing their ads.

on the Zillow.com/homes page, just type in the address of interest, press "go", and if there is a "Zestimate", it will show up in the pop-up box on the map.
Then click on the link in that box to go to the home details page for that property to get the Zestimate range, and the Zindex trends for the area, and the Zestimate trend for 1, 5 or 10 years compared to the indexes.
You cannot get a Zestimate if one was not calculated for the property. It only calculates ownership housing units, and only when a home details page for the address is on the site.

Click on the link http://www.zillow.com/, type the address in the Find homes box then hit the GO button, the Zestimate is going to appear on the info-box, Not all homes in US have the Zestimate.

How the HELLLLLLLLLLLLL do I cut through the fluff and get a zestimate?
