How to Remove Inaccurate price/listing history information for your home?

Profile picture for njlaird
So, I bought my home on 4/15/2011 (3258 Emerson Street, Palo Alto, CA). Then, on July 28,2011 Zillow reflected that my home was again for sale, though it never truly was for sale at all. It took MANY requests to Zillow and to the agent associated with the listing entry to finally have it removed from the site on 11/22/11.  Mind you, I am under the impression this occurrence was not Zillow's doing or fault.

Unfortunately, this inaccurate history information still shows up on Zillow, appearing as though my home was legitimately for sale from 7/28/11 to 11/22/11, while clearly it was not.  How can I just delete this history, as it has not been for sale at all since I purchased on 4/15/11 and is misleading?

Zillow will remove spurious listing history, however, there is no flag to the right of each listing.  Instead, click "edit" then "report problem with home" and make sure to remind Zillow that the listing history between those two dates wasn't real and the issue was a feed that the agent had forgotten to remove.  It may take a week or two to be removed.

To the very RIGHT of each listing, youll see a grayed out FLAG on each line. CLICK that and report an error. Look hard - its a little hard to see....
