Hi Greg -
Quinton is correct. Duplicates are manually created and doesn't have information from public records. I can send #2 for deletion to avoid confusion. Since you already have #1 claimed, you can update the home facts by going to the home details page, hover over "Edit" and click "Edit home facts". You can send me the wrong transaction in the price history so I can have it checked.
Thank you.

This happens when realtors or sellers create a new home details page when selling a home. I'm assuming they do this when they don't like the zestimate. I would flag both pages, and Zillow will delete one (probably #2). Then you need to claim and update the details for your home.

How to correct Zillow error (There are two homes with my address, and both are wrong).
1. http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/20289-S-South-End-Rd-Oregon-City-OR-97045/48268373_zpid/
2. http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/20289-S-South-End-Rd-Oregon-City-OR-97045/2128404967_zpid/
#1 is the correct physical location. The aerial view is correct. # of beds WRONG. # of bathrooms WRONG. Square footage correct??? (for main house, ignores square footage in second building). Lot size and type correct. Year built WRONG. Last sold WRONG.
#2 is the wrong physical location (aerial is of a house across the street). # of beds correct for MY house. # of bathrooms correct for MY house. Square footage is correct for MY house if the house sq. footage and apartment sq. footage is added together. The six pictures are of MY house, not the house across the street.
Can someone from Zillow perhaps contact me to get this all figured out, or go to public records to get it straightened out?
