Our home is listed on illow but is missing the transaction where we purchased the house on May 30, 2009 for $399,500. How do I update this information. The property address is 252 Bayview Ave., East Patchogue, NY 11772

I don't believe you can manually add sales data to the property details page, but you can flag the page and alert Zillow to missing data.  You will benefit if you provide a link to the accurate data from your town assessor's office.

You can update your facts, which may affect your Zestimate value.

Use the My Estimator tool to create your own estimate. If you are estimating your own house, you can even make your estimate public, which is extremely valuable if you're posting your home for sale.
