If you mean how are the prices compared to 2001 I would have to know what the property is to see if the value is same, less or more than 2001.

Antonio, have you consulted with a local Realtor?  He/she or a qualified appraiser could use sales of comparable properties to ascertain your home's value at that point.  I hope this answered your question.
