How to document all items need to fix in Residential Buyer Inspection Notice and Seller's

I have more list than space given in "Residential "Buyer Inspection Notice and Seller's response" form. Please advice how to document all items that need's to fix. Can I attache a new paper or can point to section that need's repair from inspection summary report. Please advise.

Regards.

Yes you can. Speak with your agent and create a list of what you want done. Your agent will attach a addendum with everything you want repaired by the seller. The seller may say yes to all, none, or cross out some of the repairs...

Good Luck!

If there is more than one item, or the buyer wants a specific "fix" I use a supplemental attachment.

Your Realtor can assist you crafting the list and wording it properly.

It is almost always better to attach a separate list, rather than try to fit everything in to a space. Your buyers agent can show you exactly how to do this.
