You also need to go to your "favorites" on your profile and unsubscribe from everything there as well.

KIm, I have no idea where they come from, it doesn't say anywhere on the email except Zillow.com. We deleted all the searches for the Littlerock area over a month ago.

Most of the time, you can remove yourself from receiving reports by going to MY ZILLOW > PROFILE > SUBSCRIPTIONS.

Is this search coming from the MLS in your area. Perhaps the agent needs to adjust the search criteria.
How to eliminate all searches?
Right now I have no searches saved, but am still getting emails. How to I clear out everything and start over fresh only getting alerts for what we are looking for?
