Lets look into a suitable one-story home with conveniences nearby.  For example, Spanish Trail has Tennis, Golf, Social events, Roaming Security, Guard Gates, a Gym, a Pool as well as a great network of individuals with similar interests.

There are a number of communities with similar features and benefits around town.  We can pinpoint one near your practice or hospital to help with ease of access.

Hi,
there are a lot of communities that may interest you as a retirement community.  You may also fine interest in some retirement communties with age restrictions for homeowners over 55 years of age.  Take a look on real estate web sites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, or trulia.

Sun city Summerlin, Sun City Aliante or Sun City Anthem are great retirement places. OR you can get a custom home with no HOA and big lot so that you have a lot of space for gardening. There are quite a few available now.

Las Vegas has alot of areas where elderly people live.  They enjoy their places.  Just depends which side of the city you would like.

Are you looking to stay in NV or Las Vegas specifically or are you entertaining a move? It would be helpful if you could let people know what you are looking for as to house size, distance from a hospital, general area/neigborhood etc. You will get a lot more replies that might be helpful from both posters and agents alike for the areas you might be interested in. Just a thought.
