How to find houses worth over 400k in my state (Connecticut)

I am struggling to find the neighorhood of houses worth over 400k?  The reason I am asking because I would like to pass out my flyers about my backyard basketball court business instead of driving around and look for new houses in the area.
I would appreciate if you could help me out.

Thanks!

You might also try another approach in addition. Try talking to high end remodel based builders or builders in your area that do high end new custom homes. Most are happy to hear about new products and they might be willing to put you on their sub list for projects. If you have a handout with good color photos that will go a long way to selling them your business. That way they do the advertising and you give them a small cut of the total project. You also often have the benefit of operating under their bond and insurance on the job.

Craig,With Zillow's "Street" view map it's pretty easy.  You can look for Recently Sold, within 6 months using the left frame, in a single town, county or neighborhood (by zip) using the search in the top of the home page. Then just keep zooming in until the rooftop prices appear in the map.  Great advice, Spencer!

You can do this very easily on Zillow. Just do a search in the area you're interested in -- type the city name or the neighborhood in the searchbox on the homepage. Then zoom around the map (click to zoom in) until you get to the zoom level you want. Pan around, and you'll see ZEstimates on rooftops. You can also use the filters on the left side of the map to look at homes for sale, or recently sold homes, in whatever price ranges you want.

If you can't figure it out, just post again here telling me what city or area you're talking about and I'll help you out more.

Try the Fairfield County coastal towns.  You won't have any trouble finding homes over $400k.  Why do you think it is called the "gold coast."
