How to find updated home in Culver City?

It is very hard to find an updated home in Culver City. Most of the homes are old bungalows which I do not like. What do you suggest?

There are a number of homes that have been rehabbed, updated and are ready to sell in the Culver City area. Some are on the market, however some owners are holding off for the right offer.

We have had a few homeowners reach out to us just in the past month expressing interest in selling their 'modern home' in the Culver City area. Get in touch with a local Broker to get the 'inside scoop' on Real Estate!

They usually have information on local properties that has not been listed yet!

I would suggest that while working with a Realtor, you sit down and discuss the reality of the housing market you are looking in.
There is no perfect home, you can make it that way.
I understand you probably don't want to do the updating yourself, but you may be losing great location and pricing based on that.
My suggestion, be a bit more open to looking at everything.
Talk to a contractor to find out the price of  updates.
.
I hope that helps

We do have some remodeled and updated homes in Culver City. We also have some new Condo/Townhouse developments you might consider.
With the building of the metro, that area will have "mixed use" property which will include Condo's and Apartments that are new.
When looking just let your Realtor know that you want updated homes and your agent will screen for those and only show that type of property to you.
You might also consider looking nearby at Playa Vista. Nothing is more then 7  years old in that development.
Good Luck!
