How to fix neighborhood wide wrong info on Zillow

Profile picture for EricDalnas
All of the houses on the same street as of one of my properties are listed as single family homes when in fact many are all multi-family. I corrected my home to be listed as multi-family, I think though in order to get an accurate Zestimate, more of the houses should be fixed. As I'm not the owner of any of these properties zillow won't let me update their info. Is there any recourse for this?

hi eric,
zillow receives information through the ri mls & the town assessor's database.  there could be a glitch if what you say is true that they are 'legal' 2 families & that may be the issue.  What you can do is pull up the tax appraisal for your street and see how the other houses are classified- single or multi family.  Hope this helps...or call the tax assessor in your town.
