hi eric,
zillow receives information through the ri mls & the town assessor's database. there could be a glitch if what you say is true that they are 'legal' 2 families & that may be the issue. What you can do is pull up the tax appraisal for your street and see how the other houses are classified- single or multi family. Hope this helps...or call the tax assessor in your town.
